Despite the painful times throughout the pandemic, renewed interest in overall well-being has been one of the silver linings.

Our newest stress mastery workshop is focused on your overall well-being! Join us for this friendly workshop on stress management.

In this Stress Mastery workshop, we will explore mindfulness and stress management exercises, such as the Loving-Kindness approach.
